To cancel your reservation, as long as you are in the cancellation period please email reservations@nha.travel with your Order ID number or respond to your confirmation email stating that you are requesting to cancel your reservation. We also have a toll free 888-316-3572 number that is located on the bottom of your reservation voucher.
Refundable: Reservations are fully refundable if canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations become nonrefundable 13 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be issued for reservations canceled 7 or fewer days before the arrival date.
Non-Refundable: Reservations that are non-refundable are stated on the checkout page. No cancellations, amendments or name changes can be made to this booking once it is confirmed.
The full amount will be due to guarantee your reservation. If your booking Tradeshows or Groups rates a deposit will be accepted at 50% and full payment 1-month prior to check in. Please contact us for more details about group rates and trade show reservations.
Our discounted reservations do not permit refunds for no shows or early checkouts. If you don't use it you will lose it!
To cancel your reservation, respond VIA email to your hotel confirmation stating that you need to cancel your reservation. Please verify the last four digits of the credit / debit card used upon booking. A cancellation confirmation will be sent within 24 hours. If you cancel directly with the hotel, you may not receive a refund.
We will make every attempt to change names on reservations, however, please give us at least a 72-hour notice. Please note we cannot guarantee name amendments.
This would only apply's to Trade Shows. Your remaining balance is automatically charged 1-month prior to check-in on the same credit/debit card used for the deposit.
You will need government-issued photo identification displaying the name requested during booking as well as a credit/debit card to pay for incidentals and Resort Fees.
Request an early check-in will be addressed when an agent calls you to make your reservation. Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed and may have an additional fee determined by the hotel upon check-in.
Of course! Just like booking direct with the hotel, we cannot guarantee connecting rooms but we will make the request on your behalf. Please make all connection requests when talking to your hotel agent on the phone. We want you to be in the loop every step of the way.
Your hotel proposal will be emailed to you by a reservation specialist within 24 hours of providing your trip details. Please check spam filters, The proposal will be coming from reservations@sheetsvip.com. Please provide any special requests to the hotel agent that calls you. We will notify the hotel of any requests before you arrive. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to hotel guidelines.
